The last time he claimed retirement within days Ring said belt was now vacant real quick and removed him from rankings, and put it on the line for AJ Usyk. Now it's been nearly half a year since he claimed retirement again, but this time Ring still want to keep him ranked top every month. Although we knew previous one was a fake retirement and this one likely is too, the previous one was an even clearer case of fake retirement since he never dropped the wbc that didn't stop them making ring vacant when it suited them to put it on the line for AJ Usyk
