Before the Adames fight, Sheeraz was looking SENSATIONAL having stopped both Liam Williams & the Ukrainian Olympian in the 1st round and Ammo Williams in the 11th. Those were all impressive victories. However, he was soundly beaten by Adames which is why I think he's made the WRONG decision moving up in weight and fighting one of the best in the division without taking a tune-up first. Changing trainer doesn't help matters either!

Back to the already domestic level Ammo or Liam

Disagree...Liam Williams has gone the distance with world champions like Andrade & Liam Smith (plus Eubank) but Sheeraz got him out of there in round 1. Therefore, it was an impressive victory all things considered. As for Williams, he was hyped as the 'next big thing' in the division (like Sheeraz) until Hamzah destroyed him. It's only NOW that people are calling him an average fighter lol.

I don't think much of Berlanga (who does?) but the power differential and experience may be too much for Sheeraz. Not calling Edgar a world beater or anything, but a softer touch at 168 should have probably been Sheeraz' first option. Does he REALLY want to gamble his career on Berlanga, of all people?

I agree with a lot of your posts, and it includes this one. I think Berlanga has a good chance of stopping an up and comer here, and it can look good for him, even if Sheeraz is moving up.

I got Hamzah Sheeraz winning on my 25 leg parley. I might try to cash it out before the fight. I only added him because Turki likes him and probably will rig the cards. However I don't trust him enough to ruin my parley. Lets see if they offer me a descent cash out. I am only on leg 6 or 7 out of 25. We will see.
