1. Usyk - I'd say Usyk must be number one for how quickly he dominated the most coveted weight class in the sport as a smaller guy.
2. Inoue - There is no-one on his level for destruction, and he would destroy everyone around his weight, he is more unlucky that he is so small, as these lighter weight-classes get so little exposure that people think he is beating no-bodies.. He destroyed Fulton, who went on to get a FW title, and will likely move to JLW next..
3. Crawford, is an incredibly talented fighter, but he struggled in his last fight against Madrimov... I think he will beat Canelo, and that would put him number 1 for me

Inoue makes a career out of beating on up and comers in a shallow division walking around as a junior welter (walkaround weight of Loma). The only notable fighter that he barely beat was Donaire and was 10 years past his prime.

Thanks! fair, I kinda made it as I went along so some of the positions are less important and was too lazy to go back hah. I'd say that while Teo looked great in his last fight, his 3 fights before that was pretty crap so put him that low. He needs to fight someone with a title next to crack the top 10. Agree more on Opetaia!

The odds are set to make money for the house. Nobody will set odds that cause big payouts for easy picks. The odds are set before the bet.

The odds move too. Depending on the action coming in. Setting the starting odds is both a science and an art. Those are some seriously brainy guys.
