I guess you're just going to pretend like Pacquiao didn't get knocked out by Rustico Torrecampo and Medgoen Singsurat, huh? Or that technical draw with Agapito Sanchez, how can we ignore that if we're going to criticize Inoue for getting dropped in two fights against TBRB top 5 ranked opponents, both of which he came back to win by knockout?Originally posted by RuleOfTheSpearThe constant comparisons to Pacquiao need to stop now.
Getting dropped by B and C-tiers like Nery and Cardenas is not a good look.
They will never be in the level of HOF ATGs like a Barrera or a Morales.
He already hit his ceiling. That's 122. That's only a 14 pound jump from his initial weight class which is 108.
And he's already 32 years old. That's too late to jump another weight class. His power will be ineffective and felt nothing by those featherweights.
Pacquiao went from 108 to 154. A 46 pound jump.
He'll be lucky if he beats Espinoza.Comment

Pacquiao was never 108 pounder lol he was just a 15 year old kid. Pacquiao at 20 was at 122 while inoue at 20 was at 108. Pacquiao went up in weight cause he couldn't make weight. Inoue went up cause he wanted challenge. Also Pacquiao got KO'D twice at 112 so what does that mean lol.Originally posted by RuleOfTheSpearThe constant comparisons to Pacquiao need to stop now.

You said when he has fought with defensive style. He fought defensive style vs donaire 2 and Fulton by keeping distance. But he never uses his full defensive skills cause he said its boring. Donaire himself said Inoue's best when he's defensive.Comment

Dont even get me started on how many times he’s been knocked down.

At Batam he is safe enough. At 126 or higher not so much. We are talking about a small fry. Those 4 to 6 pounds make a difference at this weight.
The smaller a man is, the quicker they are out of thier prime. It is a boxing fact or life. Once they lose their speed ( which tends to happen way before 34 ) they take more punches and get KO'd
If they fight above their weight class, even sooner.
I respect Naoya as a fighter, but in the end he is a Bantam. It's like looking at a very small tiger and saying he's king of his jungle. But in boxing and horse racing a 122 man can be!Comment
