Canelo has made an entire career based off of bogus fights that created the mirage that he’s this monster.
The truth is he was long exposed when he fought Mayweather and Lara.
After that the pattern was established as to how he would proceed in terms of opposition.
it took him a Period to age out Golovkin and then going forward the bulk of his resume has been abysmal with a laundry list of no hopers, mediocre opponents, old men and little guys moving up in weight.
Scully is the prototype of what is required to be in This cowards sweepstakes.
Bivol was a mistake. Team Canelo thought Bivol would follow the script because he didn’t look spectacular in his last three bouts, just looking to score points and get a decision. But they underestimated just how skilled and high iq he is and Canelo got slapped around for 9 rounds and checked out of the fight mentally as early as the mid way point. He definitely made it written in stone that Benavides would not be invited to the sweepstakes no matter how bad his ducking looked.
And yeah his sorry fanbase look even worse trying to keep boosting this fraud up and gaslighting with their laughable narratives.
So tonight why should this farce be any different??
So now we head to September for a bout with another small opponent up in age looking to upset the apple cart in Bud Crawford.
But this time it may turn out to be a mistake like Bivol was. I sincerely hope so if for anything to see this manufactured fraud get exposed again and to see how creative the gaslighters will be with the excuses and other entertaining narratives.
I had Trout clearly beating Canelo. Watched it three times and scored it three times. Canelo won no more than 3 rounds, 4 if we're generous.

I've been thinking of a great running joke to add to all the other running comments. I came down to "Scull ran for 10 miles in that ring"

Trout clearly won. GGG won the first two, Lara felt like a draw.

          ...you become the problem.
AND, if you can't/don't do it cos you think you're gonna get gassed/caught/whatever...

...then in this particular fight you ain't all that much better than the shook lil runner, as. we. saw. tonight.

rofl Erislandy blew it with too much running between all those beautiful straight shots he caught Alvarez with

Paulie who is a believer in slique style even said Erislandy was running between punching

Erislandy must have known he had to go the extra mile. You're a random Cuban dude 7 rounds and they aren't going to give you a decision over cash cow

While it was boring; I thought that William Scull had a very difficult style for Canelo and made it a very hotly contested bout. He made the fight close.

The lack of power is what prevented Scull in letting his hands go more. Canelo looked beatable. It was the most competitive fight Canelo has had at 168.

This guy knew how to box.. This performance should give Bud Crawfiotd confidence in knowing that he could defeat Alvarez.

I thought that Chris Mannix and Sergio Morra’s commentating was horrible. They were attempting to turn William scull into a fighter that he is mot.

The man is just a pure boxer. That’s his style. It’s how he always fight. They were trying turn him into a fighter that he was not.

They knew it as well which is why they chose him. Theres a guy name Benavidez is is more than willing.
