Thats more than 150 punches more landed the fight was thrilling since eubank went for the stoppage instead of outboxing benn but at the end it was a clear win
What you smoking lad, 116 112 means the judges only had Benn winning 4 rounds. The judges got it badly wrong. Some rounds were incredibly hard to score. I had it 5 rounds each and two rounds I just couldn't pick the winner of. Benn looked tiny and didn't even look like a 154 fighter, never mind a 147. Excellent fight and plaudits to both men. Benn has just raised his profile massively for going 12 rounds with a natural 168 fighter. Eubank looked about 180 pounds in that ring.

What in tf does this mean?

It reads like Django Unchained style Big House humour but because nothing quite so bizarre has ever entered my line of vision, I can't be sure.

Well done to both. Can't see the appeal of a rematch the result was fair and wide enough that it doesn't warrant it.

Would like to see both in fighting for titles next. Probably wont happen though

I can understand a rematch to see who is the best out of their class in the UK, but from this to a title shot? Barrios is the weakest link, but Eddy has hen house ways. Barrios at 156. No title, just name.

What a war and a great event all round, nobody does boxing quite like the British

Give it to them, that was a classic for the ages.

Not technically the best, but goes to show, two guys, not the number one in their weight class, can fight each other and it can result in a great fight.

Their father's legacy and the rivalry obviously had an impact, the son's rivalry resulted in a grudge fight.

Clever mind games by Eubank, the dad, who was just pretending before the fight that he wasn't going to be there, and the comment about disgrace, all a ruse.

Close fight, Eubank Jr edged it, fine, but not 8 to 4, too wide.

Even though they were weight divisions apart they gelled it into an exciting contest and seemed made for each other. But please let's move on now.

                    Out of interest,
which 5 rounds did you give Benn, and which were the two either way rounds?

That screams this man was pretty close to organ failure at some point during the last hours of that weight cut. You watched a Eubank at maybe 60% at best. I can say that as someone who suffers from something that expels volumes of fluids out of me, it takes days to rebound from that and that’s with full blown iv’s which he didn’t have access due to boxing rules. Personally, I wouldn’t have sent him in there, I myself in that condition wouldn’t have gone in there so give this man his props. What Chris did in the 11th and 12th considering how dried out he was is pretty remarkable.if he had been seen by a non boxing physician he would not have been cleared to fight.
The way he was downing water even before his ring walk made me think “surely he’s going to need a piss during the fight”
