Do you live in the UK? How old are you? I live here, I'm not young, as my byline says, I'm in the UK until I can escape.
Every winter the weather is shyte, grey skies cold and rainy. Most people can't afford to go out as much as they'd like to, the UK is in fact in transition towards becoming a 3rd world country. Might take 20,30 or 50 years - but it's on that path.

Winter sucks everywhere that it happens. I hope that you are wrong about the future of England but I fear that you are correct. It's going to turn into the Middle East. The best thing that they could do is seriously strengthen secularism.
