Great freaking fight! I don't know if any of these men will be the same after this one. This type of fight typically ages and shaves years off a fighter's career and prime.

In any case, congratulations to both men on such a spirited effort and crowd-pleasing fight. Both of their performances really made us boxing fans hearts glad but Eubank was the clear and decisive winner in this one.

I hope they both would do it again sometime soon because it was a highly entertaining fight. As both displayed great championship hearts.

Eubank's size and experience made the difference. Eubank knew Benn would come out 100 miles an hour, so he would have to weather the storm and be careful not to deplete his own gas-tank trying to keep Benn at bay. Once Benn started gassing, Eubank was able to start pushing Benn backwards with his body and with his flurries. Benn was putting so much into his hooks that he was zapping his own energy quicker than necessary....especially when he was missing.

Both guys left it in the ring, and I'm exhausted lol

I thought Chris Eubank really closed the show in the championship rounds; 11 and 12. That was icing on the cake right there. However, Kudos to Connor Benn for pressing the fight while eating some very hard punches in those rounds. He displayed a granite chin. I mean they both did. So far it's the fight of the year for my money.

Compubox has Eubank a clear winner in shots landed and power shots landed.

Nah. It became clear to Eubank Benn is more dangerous on the outside even thought Jr's the bigger and more technical one. And he could get caught with Benn's sudden burst of punches. Pushing Benn on the ropes would put a limit on his movements.

...and it became easier to force Benn backwards once Benn's stamina started decreasing. I think our points complement each other. Tactically, it was the correct thing to start crowding Benn because Benn needs space to get leverage on his power punches. Eubank's size and experience allowed him to execute the tactic successfully.

It's weird to say this: This was a FOTY candidate, and I hope they don't have a rematch. They surely will try to because of the money it will generate.

This may be a career-altering fight for Benn, and he doesn't know it yet. These types of fights are taxing. I think the referee could have reasonably stopped the fight in the 12th.
