There's no way Benn would win in any rematch with Eubank.

Chris Jr would just do the same, push Benn on the ropes from the very start next time. Ironically, Benn turned out to have more chances of an upset fighting on the outside than on the inside being the smaller guy. Eubank will never let that happen now.

We saw the same situation in the Glanton/Billiam-Smith where Glanton is putting all his body weight pushing Smith on the ropes. Except the bigger guy is on the ropes, which should be usual, but Smith still managed to return some hard punches despite having longer arms in an inside fight.

What I don't understand is why only few fighters are able to escape being trapped on the ropes. Some are able to turn such situations around. I thought it's not that hard to do if done with constant practice by grabbing the opponent and turn him around quickly so that he's now on the ropes.

I don't know, maybe it's just the bored mood I was in while watching, but I didn't think it was an exciting fight.

I kept wondering when Benn was gonna turn on those left hooks for one thing. They obviously were Eubank's kryptonite when he threw them, but he he never focused on that.

Then I was thinking, when will Eubank really start jabbing and throwing combos, cuz it seemed he could put down Benn if he woud sustain that (plus had the reach and strength advantage) but he never did either.

So in that kinda way, it felt like a fight that never went where it should, cuz both guys seemed to have the ko keys with those things mentioned but never used them enough.
