One can’t play boxing. One must be fully dedicated and committed to the sport in order to succeed.

I am hoping that JCC, Jr is coming to win and not just lay day down for an easy pay day. I know for certain that Jake Paul won’t.

If Jr isn’t physically fit or prepared he could get himself seriously hurt. Jake Paul does not play boxing. He is coming to hurt you for real.

As a fighter JCC Jr is a clown, but as a human being JCC Sr is so much worse. People just give him a pass because he was so great in the ring.
I remember reading those stories of the domestic violence, Senior has admitted to alcohol and drug abuse throughout his career. I also have heard a number of first hand accounts from people about their distasteful interactions with JCC Sr. (usually when he was drunk or high).

In a way I feel bad for Junior but at some point you are accountable for your actions. I don't ever think he loved the sport and was just going through the motions most of his career. It's a shame because he could have been a good amount better than he was.

Don't see Junior being much more than a punching bag with name recognition for Jake Paul in this fight. Junior is probably fine with that so long as he gets paid.

“It’s not about the payday. The thing is, the opportunity to beat him is the business of this fight. I’m fighting him because I want to beat him.”

This is worst than I thought.. Junior "identifying" as a righteous slayer of vilains and enforcer of justice. (I'm starting to make that sound cats make before vomiting)

it's crazy to think that a pro boxer who has been boxing all his life since he was a kid, and then some youtube guy comes along and start training boxing at the age of 20 or so and then just in a few years, that 20 or so guy is able to beat real professional boxers who are out of their prime? is it really that easy to learn boxing in a few years and be able to beat washed pro boxers? like if you take a 20 year old kid who has no basketball experience and then start training him in basketball for 2-3 years, then you match him up against michael jordan at 60... i dont think the 20 year old who just learned basketball a few years ago will be able to beat MJ in a 1on1.
