So now, one of the least dedicated, big in name only boxers is going to "avenge" Mike Tyson by defeating fraudster Jake Paul? Better bring your A game, Julio, if you have one.

Who would've thought we'd say a basic boxer like Jake Paul is favoured to comfortably beat a guy who once beat Andy Lee.

But yes, Anderson Silva, an mma great but not regular boxer, beat Chavez Jr.

One imagina he could've been so good, with the famous name and opportunities, that he'd have done better. I'm sure he is good financially.

Ridiculous fight. Chavez is a loser and he has disgraced the Chavez name. JP is going backwards fighting this clown. If JP wants to show he can compete with real fighters, stop cherry-picking from the Old Folks Home, and the dumpster.

Here is a start, Hopkins, Tarver, Calzaghe, even Eddie Chambers would be a great choice. I doubt he can beat any of the war horses, which proves beyond any doubt that he should stick with the clown show.

Chavez Sr already disgraced his own name by beating women and children for basically his whole life. Jr's failures in the sport pale in comparison to Sr's failings as a human being. If I were Jr I would change my name. I wouldn't want the name of an abusive monster.

It isn't gossip. Jr has been open about how horrible his father was to him growing up and Sr even caught court cases about it in the 90s.
