I wouldn’t say he is the fastest but Andy Ruiz comes to mind because of how fat and out shape he is but throws deceptively fast combinations.

Lennox Lewis said that Shannon Briggs had the fastest hands of anyone he ever fought. Also said he hit harder than anyone else he fought.

Unfortunately for Briggs he had no stamina, poor technique, and poor footwork.

Andy has fast hands for a HW and it is in combination.

              A tremendous handicap indeed.

I mean, he still ended up winning the lineal heavyweight championship of the world in 1997 and the WBO world heavyweight title in 2006. Not bad for a limited fighter.

Whose that new young dude from England? I watched some highlight clips of him without knowing who he was and immediately thought those were some of the fastest hands I've ever seen at heavyweight. I didn't even realize he was a heavyweight initially.
