Seems like Garcia’s will not be doing any testing

If he's doing USADA then that's fine.

They catch many athletes just like VADA do.

Both are both gold standard drug testing protocols.

That's his prerogative if he insists on VADA and causes the fight to fall through for that reason.

USADA are just as competent as VADA. They use the exact same WADA lab for their tests.

VADA is the better of the two as in they test for a few more things than USADA but USADA is still a gold standard testing protocol and the procedures themselves are identical.
