Still no answer from you, and the fact that you think asking you to set a baseline by ranking the resumes of the guys Canelo did fight is "trying to answer" says you're deflecting and running like a coward yet again.

somehow Canelo a cherry picking bum.. but David fight a recently KO’d plant, Andrade who was a small guy that had never fought a single top 5/10 fighter besides maybe vanes, Gvodyzk coming off a recent 3 yr retirement and a guy with 11 fights?…
personally I’m not a fan of all of Canelo picks and wish he would just get the Benavidez fight out the way so y’all can create the next so-called monster.. but y’all never seem to judge these guys or hold them to any type of accountability?
He was "ducking" Morrell jr, and he fought him; he got a lot of heat for that. Let's dissect the so-called lineal champion and why canelo fought him. Callum won a vacant diamond belt against Erik Skoglund, defended against Nieky Holzken*, George groves, Ndam and John Ryder, are you going to tell me this was a better choice than Benavidez? Remember his first words when he fought for the first time at the 168 limit, "I won't fight another Mexican ever again." There wasn't Mexican at the top, wait, Benavidez was called the Mexican monster; that's why he didn't fight the Ecuadorian/Dominican/Mexican Benavidez. The guy is a fraud, and if he calls himself a king, he must be held to a king standard.

Before and after the super 6 Callum was calling out David to fight, and just like when Caleb was calling him out for a unification davjd passed on them fights.. heck callum fought Beterbiev and David also passed on that fight. You can’t discredit a guy to try and hype somebody up who won’t even get into the ring… also the don’t fight Mexicans thing came after the Chavez jr fight not at 168 Canelo first said it in 2016/17, didn’t they kidnap his brother in Mexico before that fight I believe. Ppl just dug that quote up years later to act like he ain’t wanna fight David.. in reality Callum was THE MAN, then it was Saunders to slick, then it was plant really got the American boxing style it wasn’t until after Canelo lost to Bivol that anybody even started mentioning David.. who himself really didn’t even step up until the plant/andrade fights in 2023.

A top 5 mando, a then current undisputed 154 champion, then 2 top 5 unbeaten contenders one a former champion, now a unification fight with a unbeaten title holder…in that same time period davis fought a guy coming off a recent KO loss, a guy moving up in weight who with a resume on par with berlanga, a 39 yr old coming off a recent 3yr retirement, and a guy with 11 fights.
Charlo had a better resume than Benavidez at 168?

Canelo doesn't like Bena and he does not want to give him the payday. He called him into the ring after Munguia but David did not come, then it is not Alva's problem anymore. Bena must fight Munguia first then he is again in the picture maybe. Alva has no hurry at 168 he just waits for the right moment to pick up the 175 belts, waiting until Bivol moves up.

I believe Benavidez will go down as this generation’s Fernando Vargas

a good fighter who couldn’t get pass the greats
Vargas was way way better but that is what happens if you don't cherrypick fights and rush your career.
