Chris john had 16 title defenses of the wba belt(regular/super) and in those 16 fights he only beat 2 guys who were ranked in the top 10(ring)

1 of those wins was over juan manuel marquez. i personally had marquez winning this fight clearly.

the other win was over Hiroyuki Enoki.

he had another win over rocky juarez who was ranked in the top 10 in their 2nd fight but only because the judges in the first fight gave him a gift draw even though john clearly won so i personally dont count this since juarez's ranking was based on terrible judging.

he lost to vetyka so he was essentially 1-2 in my mind against top 10 fighters. he then retired and was inducted into the hall of fame...really?

i thought he was much better than this but he was basically a fraud who built his career off of robbing a great fighter, but before and after that he was wilder-esque in his opponent selection. what do you think of him? hall of fame worthy?

wilder was the chris john of heavyweight is essentially what im saying except wilder doesnt even have 1 gift win like john had, but he does have ortiz which is 1 of the greatest wins of all time because of ortiz' skills or something like that

Chris John was not a fraud. Even in the Marquez fight, he was not outclassed, whether one thinks he won, or lost. And again, your whole contention is based on a house of cards, Ring rankings lol. There is not ranking system that can stand as absolute.

You refuse to look at real data to make a pronouncement. Hence how you also mischaracterize Wilder. You make these little whiny threads constantly without realizing that real fans with understanding can easily let the sunlight out on your dank threads.

yeah fraud is definitely a top 10 word and im claiming ownership of it!

you do realize this is just my opinion right? i think marquez clearly beat john. i look at the rest of johns resume and see almost nothing respectable. a guy who holds a world title for 10 years with almost nothing of substance on his resume is fraudulent. wilder was as well.
