Bakole vs Ajagba should be a slapper providing both guys are in fighting form, and I am interested to see if Surace can pull off his DIE HARD 2: DIE HARDER moment in there... The rest I can take (Inoue vs Cardenas, Jack vs Rozicki), deal with (Garcia vs Rolly, Lopez vs Barboza), or leave (Canelo vs Scull, Haney vs Ramirez).
99.9% sure I will be streaming the entire thing no matter how I feel. That's boxing.Last edited by Joseph; 03-17-2025, 09:29 PM.

Why do I get the feeling that if Badou Jack wins, that he'll be the last fight for Canelo on his Riyadh Season deal... Scull, Crawford, winner of Eubank v Benn Jrs, then a "history making attempt at a cruiserweight title" vs Jack if he can clear his mandatory, and look bad while doing so...

After he beat Makabu to become WBC cruiserweight titlist, he informed them he wished to move up in weight to chase after the bridgerweight title. The WBC promised him a shot at that title and declared him cruiserweight champion-in-recess, and then let Mikaelian fight for the vacant title (which he won). Mikaelian was then ordered to defend against Rozicki, but he pulled out of the fight 5 separate times (his promoter is Don King, so you can imagine the nonsense that went on) so they stripped him.
Meanwhile, the WBC failed to deliver on the promised bridgerweight title fight for Jack, so he invoked his right as champion-in-recess to challenge for the cruiserweight title again. But since it was vacant and they screwed him over at bridgerweight, they just awarded him the title and ordered him to defend it against Rozicki rather than ordering him to face Rozicki for the vacant belt.
So technically he's a 2X WBC cruiserweight titlist and Mikaelian's 0-defense reign took place in between them.
