Comments Thread For: Joe Joyce-Filip Hrgovic: Why an iron chin betrays in the end

Somewhere inside a boxer, inaccessible to them or anybody else ? until it makes itself painfully apparent ? is an expiration date. On their chin.

Comparing them to Canelo or GGG is wrong. Comparing these cattle to Hagler is just offensive & ******,

Battle of the chins fight. I say Joyce's has more fissures. Hgrovic a better boxer imo too.

He was not comparing, he was contrasting. He was pointing out that while all those fighters had iron chins, the three Hall of Famers (Golovkin and Canelo are going, we all know, agree or disagree) had a ton of other skills and talent in addition to those chins. Obviously, Joyce and Hrgovic do not.

Only one is 31/32 & in his phisical prime. The other is pushing 40 & left his best year's in the amateurs.

Look for Hrgovic to unload on Joyce. But will Hrg get in shape? He certainly was not in his last fight.

Hrgovic vs JJ seems a 70/30 fight. Maybe the British fans in the stadium can make it to 60/40 but it won’t be enough in my opinion
