This mailbag has essentially become Bread fighting against Mexicans crying about Canelo & Chavez on a regular basis.
He's been telling y'all how he feels for years. Get over it.
Chavez got a gift like all Don King fighters did. Most of the world sees it as a robbery. Get over it.
Canelo's a cherry picker who tested positive for PEDs. Get over it.

I'm just saying Teraji should be in. Bam is a great fighter but I'm not as high on him as you are. He has the names on his resume but as always context is key. Sor Rungivisai and especially Cuadras were past prime. Even Estrada was past his best.
Ortiz for example could make a claim for top ten p4p. His last two wins are against Bohachuk and Madrimov. He may not have beat them as convincingly as Bam beat Edwards, Estrada and Cuadras but imo Bohachuk and Madrimov are top 25 p4p and in their primes - it's nuancedLast edited by SteveM; 03-16-2025, 02:13 AM.Comment

Debil, it ain't what he's saying. As you said he's been saying it for "years" We're BORED with the same repetitive point over and over. It brings down the quality of this column. Like the expression "beating a dead horse ".It's Bread that should follow your advice. "Get over it.Find some new material, please".Indeed he should. This mailbag has essentially become Bread fighting against Mexicans crying about Canelo & Chavez on a regular basis.

It’s definitely nuanced, the quality of the people you have beaten impressively matters. Which applies to Teraji and Inoue as well.

100%, and 200 million plus examples of that here in the US, and probably that many in this damn site all of whom should keep their asses out of any discussion not relative to their experience.Last edited by Toprope; 03-16-2025, 12:23 PM.Comment

A good father has nothing to do with the color of one's skin. A black, white, brown or yellow father's love or the example he sets for his son is not dependent on skin color.
You are correct that this has nothing to do with boxing, but I was replying to a comment that was in regards to the article/mailbag.Comment

This is an open forum to discuss topics or thoughts, no need for segregation. Many folks on here discussed the lawsuit that the Haney's had filed, the discussion brought opinions from posters who are not attorneys nor have experience in judicial matters. It would have been silly to tell those posters that because they have no experience in law they should keep their asses out of the discussion.
Many posters here have never even laced on a pair of gloves, sparred nor have experience in the sport of boxing, should the discussion of boxing be left only to those who have experience in the squared circle??

Let me know when you begin to raise a black son. Until then, do you have a boxing topic??
