Boxing isn't an American sport. HBO and Showtime are gone, this ain't the 90's. Tank is the only real star fighting under an American banner. The rest jumped ship for Saudi money, even Canelo is doing business with them now

boxing is an american sport like it or not... while other location such as dubai is starting to emerge as a top spot for boxing, vegas is and will always remain the meka of boxing.

canelo and others are venturing out to stage fights in dubai for the money, but not necessarily for exposure. canelo is already known globally, so now he's fighting for the money so he's going to go where the money is at... where as for Inoue, he's not really known globally and lots of it have to do with the fact that he rarely make an appearance on US soil.

He's known already though. I'm not in the States or Japan. His fights are shown live here, he has Canelo status in the UK. In fact, he might be bigger because Canelo is on the downside.

not really... casuals have never heard of him before. and his fights are shown here in the US, at 2am!! LOL.. which is why i said, no american fans is gonna wake up that early on a work week to catch his fights!! you keep saying he doesnt need to fight in the US and he is already well known.. every time i mention that inoue should fight more in the US, i get attacked by his fans like yourself.
