Personally scored it 116-112 to Roach, if I was being generous to Tank it would be 115-113 to Roach. Lamont took Tank's best, outsmarted him and wobbled him on at least 3 occasions. There was no case for a draw. If Tank has any integrity he'll offer Roach an immediate rematch otherwise he may as well retire as this will now be a damaging result in the sense of the progression of his career.

I think all this is overblown. He wanted to have is eye wiped so he decided to act like a diva and ******ly thought in that instant kneeling would be the best way to stop the fight momentarily. Fighters often do similar things when they complain to the ref about something, basically stopping the fight themselves. Sometimes the ref will then call a timeout, sometimes they just ignore them.
The ref could have continued counting even when he realised Tank wasnt hurt but wanted his eye wiped. Most would say he absolutely should have continued counting. Im not debating that.
I just think because he knelt, instead of lets say, just saying something to the ref and going to his corner (still diva like), its being seen as 'its should have been ruled a knockdown, and therefore Roach should have won on points'. BUT, if it was ruled a knockdown at the time, we dont know if that would have changed the course of the fight. Which knockdowns usually do.

Surely if this result was changed to a W for Roach, they would have to look at every bad ref decision that potentially could have changed the result of a close points decision.

People wouldnt care so much if it wasnt for it being Tank. The 'overrated overhyped undefeated loud mouth woman beater'.
Im not a fan btw. I just think everyone is triggered by him and being outraged because they hate the little punk. (Youre only adding to the hype imo)

I don't buy that, if you look directly before the knee incident, Roach jabbed Tank flush in the centre of his eyeball - i think it's quite possible Tank's vision was momentarily compromised so he took the knee/went to his corner to regain his focus. It goes without saying that was definitely a 100% legitimate knockdown

The biggest problem was the scorecards, no way tank won 6 or 7 rounds, he got beat and he knows it.
