Wilder was WBC champ with a 5 year run and 10 title defenses. He is miles ahead of Zhang, who was a top gatekeeper at best.
Who was Greater? Wilder or Zhang

I know the AJ stans & Wilder haters will try to diminish everything he did, but remember, Usyk, the current P4P king & best HW in the world said FURY was the best fighter he ever fought & Usyk BARELY beat an older shop-worn Fury, who was almost knocked out by a guy who'd never boxed before.
Wilder fought the BEST VERSION of Tyson Fury & took him to hell twice, forcing him to get off the canvas 4x.
You can't diminish Wilder without diminishing Fury, in turn diminishing Oleksanr Usyk.

Daggum refuses to understand this and forever creates these nonsensical threads. Like it was not totally obvious that Wilder post Fury was shot to shiat.
I would say that Wilder was not the same fighter after the Tyson Fury trilogy. It took a lot out of him both mentally and physically.
Wilder was just a shell of his former self when Zhang defeated him. By that time Deontay was already a ruined fighter. A prime Wilder would have whupped Zhang's ass clean.Comment

Your the idi ot that always encourages Duhgum! So to you Wilder was not obviously shot when he fought Zhang? If you say no you know very little about boxing. When a fighter is shot psychologically he cannot throw a shot. His mind tells him to throw, his body sets up to throw, but... depending on how shot the fighter is? they either hesitate... Or are just unable to react mentally until after the chance has passed. SELDOM is a fighter so shot they simply cannot pull the trigger at all. This would be the worse level of being shot. Wilder's fight against Zhang is one of the few examples of a fighter actually being that shot and fighting.Comment

What? How do you make that determination? Fury, not known for hitting hard by casuals actually carried a decent KO percentage and, because of his size when he sat down on his shots, they did damage. Wilder was perhaps one of the hardest hitters in the sport... to some, one of the hardest hitters ever. They are both heavyweights.
You do not think fighting twice, catching each other repeatedly would not cause damage?Comment

It gets irritating how Duhgum can manipulate people into negating what their very eyes should inform them about. It is obvious Wilder did not belong in a boxing ring when he fought Zhang. If Zhang had at least taken a punch from Wilder, or showed some skillful actions... Wilder looked like a version of Oliver McCall when he fought Lewis the second time and broke down in the ring. Deontay could literally not even throw a punch!I know the AJ stans & Wilder haters will try to diminish everything he did, but remember, Usyk, the current P4P king & best HW in the world said FURY was the best fighter he ever fought & Usyk BARELY beat an older shop-worn Fury, who was almost knocked out by a guy who'd never boxed before.

Wilder fought the best version of Fury, and Fury made Vlad Klitsko look like an amateur while Joshua went life and death with an older version of Vlad... Usyk said what he thought... Joshua is the latest version of Frank Bruno: A decent fighter with severe limitations.Comment

Anytime a guy you stan loses he's shot. Anytime a guy you don't like loses he was "never good" lets just look at resumes shall we? Zhangs is better. Joyce's is better. Joshua's is better etc...prime wilder whatever that means only existed against the bums he fought

Fury was terrible in the first fight lol. Best version? Wilder literally admits to cherry picking an out of shape rusty fury in an interview. Fury kncoked out wilder in both subsequent fights and you are using that as a positive? Usyk also won both fights 8-4 9-3. Barely? Fury was coming off of wins over chisora and whyte. He was not shopworn. He just lost.I know the AJ stans & Wilder haters will try to diminish everything he did, but remember, Usyk, the current P4P king & best HW in the world said FURY was the best fighter he ever fought & Usyk BARELY beat an older shop-worn Fury, who was almost knocked out by a guy who'd never boxed before.

Who did he defend it against? Literally only beat 1 top 10 guy. 10 defenses and only 1 top 10 win is proof he was matched soft but yet you can't see that? Also when Wilder finally stepped up he got dusted in 5 straight fights. That's more proof he wasn't very good. Ali beat 35 top 10 opponents so when he lost to guys like Holmes and Berbick he had a resume to fall back on. Wilder had soft title defenses in a 4 belt era yawnZhang was an underachiever. He never won or fought for a World championship title. While Wilder on the other hand, won the WBC Heavyweight crown and defended it a total of ten times.
A feat that was only replicated by Muhammad Ali. I must admit that your very weird and strange obsession with Deontay Wilder is a bit creepy and spooky!Comment
