Keep telling yourself that the mandatory challenger and two-time champion of the SMW division is an undeserving peasant, if it helps you sleep at night. But we both know that Alvarez don't want that smoke. The same as he'll never, ever, EVER, fight Bivol again, especially now that he's beaten Beterbiev.Comment

No, I'm just pointing to the commentators favoring Bivol and not giving Beterbiev much credit. Even as Artur was backing Dmitri up most of the fight, they were talking about how well Bivol was controlling the ring.Comment

I wouldn’t say he’s begging for the fight. Clearly Canelo is petrified of him and is holding the 168 belts hostage by fighting clowns.
There is no one at 175 Bivol or Beterbiev can fight than Benny. He is the biggest name and the biggest threat.

He's already 40, that's ancient for a boxer but he does keep himself in good shape. Beef can try out Cruiserweight.Comment

put the work in early and they can be like canelo. how are you gonna get mad at canelo? ALL the fighters once they reached the top level, THEY call the shots!!!! this is not something that canelo made up! this has been going on before our time my brother! so why you singling canelo out? it's not like canelo didnt put the work in to get to where he's at now... took on floyd at 23, put his "0" on the line, agreed to a ridiculous CW . not too many young fighters out there are willing to do this.my point exactly! Canelo won't even give Benny a shot under any circumstances, other than being paid umptillion $$. But Floyd gave Canelo a shot. And Alvarez singled out himself by proclaiming to be the face of boxing yet ducking his mandatories. He claims he's all healed up and at the peak of his career, even as he cherry picks his way toward retirement. Let me ask you, bro, are you content to pay $79.99 to watch Canelo fight someone whom you KNOW doesn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of winning? And are you content to do that over and over, until Canelo finally hangs 'em up?
