that's exactly what happens on here.... fanbase will say a certain fighter is scared and that he will never take the fight... then when the fight happens and the scared fighter ends up winning then the same ol' excuses comes rolling in.... "he waited until ____ was damaged good"..

he is saying that because he realizes bivol DECLINED the rematch at 175, and, bizarrely asked for the fight at 168.
      boss moved on after that

Yeah, Bivol declined, because Alvarez wanted the rematch @175 on the SAME terms as the first fight! Now, why would the winner of the first fight accept the same terms as if he were still the challenger in the rematch? And as you say, "boss moved on after that" offer to fight @ 168 because he knows Bivol has his number, and he doesn't want to lose his undisputed SMW status. After he lost to Dmitri, Saul swore that a rematch was his #1 priority. But we know that wasn't really true, don't we?

Well, please let me know when Alvarez does actually fight Benavidez, and stop speaking in ridiculous hypothetical terms, because I'd LOVE to see that fight! Hell, I'd gladly fork over $100 for the PPV!

Either way I see Alvarez-Benavidez fight being competitive and lucrative to justify a rematch
Alvarez would have to actually make the fight vs Benavidez in order for any of your post to be relevant.

Dude get over it, stop living in denial. Canelo waited him out of the division yet you still think they will fight. When Canelo is 36 next year? Your hero ducked, accept it.
