At this point I'm bored of you, I thought perhaps you'd eventually somehow back up calling me a bullshítter from the moment you engaged with me.
Or calling me "mr compubox" and insinuating my apparent reliance on it despite everything I’ve said contradicting that.
Expecting a brave soul on the internet to engage in social norms is too much to ask, I guess.
But then again framing it like this might be too much of an abstract concept for you to fully grasp.
So in layman's terms in real life, if you accuse someone of something, evidence must substantiate the claim or you'll have to face the consequences.
Mr compubox you’re a
Live with it loserComment

VERY close fight.
Round by round I can see both fights being a draw or slightly in favour of one or the other fighter BUT Bivol took more of a beating in both fights. Boxing 's point system is really flawed as it doesn't really reward "fighting", as in "hurting" the opponent. Boxing isn't fencing and it shouldn't be about slowing the fight down and "not fighting". The guy who does the most damage should be rewarded. If you can avoid the heavier damage and cause more damage to your opponent, then you win the round. Rounds should be scored wider than just 10-9 or 10-8 or 10-7. If someone suffers a really hard knockdown and is badly hurt throughout the whole round, they should lose more points than just a 10-8 or 10-7 round. It should be more like a 10-6 or 10-5 round.Comment

I believe fight 2 was the start of Bivol’s prime and the end of Artur’s
Bivol has the better chin and Artur took many clean headshots from him. Wear & tear is on Artur
Imo fight 2 was the best Artur we’ll see in regards to fighting Bivol
I think Artur’s best work in the trilogy will occur during rounds 7 8 9
Bivol sweeps the first half and takes most of the championship rounds for a wide UDComment

One can make a case for both. Since officially they are evenly split. A rubber match is made to order.
However and in my judgement; Dmitry Bivol has already proven that he is hands down the better fighter both times the two have fought.
In fight one, Artur Beterbiev received a political gift decision based on his faith. That he did not earn in which Dmitry Bivol clearly won.Comment

We dont NEED a third fight, but I think most people would want one as its been competitive and both were excellent fights.
Either guy vs Benavidez is the only fight that would be good enough to forego the trilogy for it.Comment

Reading comprehension might help in your daily life boy, compubox does nothing for me.
And if I was basing my scoring off compubox I would of scored the fight 9-3 in Bivols favor and the first fight for Beterbiev but I didn't.
I'm scoring based on effective aggression, ring generalship, defense and hard and clean Punches.
And in both fights for most of the fight(s) Beterbiev was ineffective with his aggression, his ring generalship was mediocre, Bivol clearly had the better defense and was landing the cleaner punches for the majority of the fight(s).
Like I said Beterbiev is credited for hip punches, rabbit punches and all the punches he lands on forearms and gloves.
Which BTW all the forearm and gloves fall on the defensive side of scoring and Bivol has one of if not the best high guards in all of boxing and great lateral movement to go along with it...
Considering from my first post mentioning compubox I said it was unreliable I don't know why you keep mentioning it.
Old men clicking buttons when they THINK a punch has landed has no bearing on who is winning.

He also implied I rely on compubox when my first comment in regards to compubox was literally stating how unreliable it is.
Fury vs Wilder had a lot more drama involved and multiple prevailing narratives throughout making it a more appealing trilogy to CASUALS than Bivol vs Beterbiev - apparently a lie!?
Using the unreliable stats from compubox is pretty much alignment with me when it comes to CLEAR rounds for Beterbiev -again apparently a lie, I didn't know people who rely on numbers could believe numbers lie!?
The IMPERATIVE words being in RED.
And lastly he randomly accused me of using excuses for someone?! though I literally can't fathom who I'm excusing or how these narratives are being created in his head.
P.S. being accused of being a liar is disgraceful, particularly when I pride myself on not lying, my primary goal was to seek clarity on the accusation(s).
And pretty much all of my responses boil down to "what's bullshít!? and take some reading comprehension classes".
I didn't expect a pensioner to devolve into "nana nana boo boo" type behavior.
Also how can an opinion be a lie!?
He took more risks. He even threw and landed more punches as well. Should there be another rematch probably not? However, I wouldn't mind seeing it again, if both fighters agree to do it again for entertainment purposes only.
Even while knowing full in advance that Dmitry Bivol is the more complete, well-rounded and fundamentally sound of the two. He is simply just the better fighter.
Once Dmitry decides that he is not going to trade punches with Artur by sticking and moving. Then Beterbiev doesn't stand much of a chance of winning because he doesn't know how to cut off the ring.Comment

In addition, Turki Alalshikh subsequently held three fingers at Artur after the cards were read. Which to me at least; Indicating a third fight or trilogy with Dmitry Bivol.
You know what I found so ironic? is that Artur admitted that he wasn't even interested in giving Bivol an immediate rematch. However, I guess he was probably pressured by his handlers in order to do so because of the money.
Moreover, he isn't even keen on doing a trilogy either and neither is Bivol. Who stated that he recently had surgery prior to the rematch and that his body needs more time to heal.
It doesn't mean that they won't have the trilogy but at least they won't be having it anytime soon. Bivol has nothing but time on his hands. Those two guys are exhausted so I say let them rest.
Even though Benny is Dmitry's mandatory challenger. Most title holders are given at least a year before defending them.Last edited by champion4ever; 02-26-2025, 04:42 PM.Comment
