If it was truly him or from someone from his team; Berinchyk is from the school of Teofimo Lopez and Ryan Garcia with those type of racial hatred antics.

But you're a boxing fan, so you must enjoy violence, yes? If so, then tune in, brother, because I have a feeling that there will be plenty of violence tonight!

I strongly suspect the PPVs aren't that great, hence that nonsense where the promoters sent Keyshawn bananas & a watermelon. If you think they wouldn't stoop so low, I can assure you I've never known a boxing promoter that couldn't stoop so low they could walk under a crocodile wearing a top hat*.

I like Keyshawn because he has been brought up in the boxing classic technique, everything comes off the jab. To beat Keyshawn you would need to either (1) crowd him so close you take the jab away every round (2) jab better than him or (3) time his jab with one devastating counterpunch. I don't think Berinchyk can do any of those things so I don't think he can win the fight.

              * I mean the promoter wears the top hat, obviously, crocodiles don't wear hats.

I agree with Damn Wicked in theory

'Hydration (water) does add size to your muscles. Your muscles require water to function optimally. Water carries nutrients into your muscle because water is the foundation of blood. Our blood is made up of water. Our blood carries oxygen and good red blood cell count enables good stamina and endurance. If you're dehydrated you'll be at a severe disadvantage. Your muscles won't contract efficiently, your brain won't operate well, your balance and coordination will all be negatively affected. Hydrating properly by adding electrolytes, minerals and other micronutrients will optimize you, if done correctly. If you fail to do it properly you might be in big trouble when you get in the ring. Water hydration (electrolytes, minerals, micronutrients) is essential to a boxer rehydrating effectively. As a boxer ages he is less able to rehydrate efficiently, so he might unexpectedly find himself in trouble in the middle of a fight or later in the fight, especially if it's a grueling battle. BUT as long as he's able to rehydrate efficiently, he will be at an advantage if he is the naturally bigger fighter and he's notably bigger than his opponent'.

What that doesn't, IMO, adequately explain is that your brain itself is within fluid & if you severely dehydrate you can reduce the amount of fluid around your brain. A dehydrated boxer is far more likely to suffer severe, possibly permanent damage, when their head is jarred. Boxers don't seem to understand how dangerous cutting weight is. If you think you can spend a week exercising, surviving on a pint of water a day, going into the sauna & then, once you've made weight, you drink a gallon of Gatorade & you'll be fine. You won't. The fluid around your brain was desiccated. The Gatorade won't put it back within 24 hours.

Keyshawn is taller. They both weigh the same.If a fighter makes the weight they belong there.Boxing doesn't have height divisions. But you casuals love to overuse the word "weight bully" when it doesn't even exist.
