Scull WAS his IBF mandatory. He decided to duck that fight and got stripped rather than ever actually defending his IBF belt against the IBF mandatory. So Scull fought Shishkin, should have lost, but got the belt anyways. Meanwhile Canelo fought Berlanga, who was the mandatory for Morrell, who was Canelo's mandatory since January 2021. Canelo has defended against 3 mandatories at 168, Avni Yildirim, who somehow was the WBC mandatory despite coming off a loss to Dirrell, WBO mandatory John Ryder, and apparently GGG counted as a WBO mandatory also. And obviously he ducked Benavidez, who was his mandatory from May 2022.

He should have left his ass at the PBC with Al Haymon to fight Jake Paul then if that is the case.
No one is interested in watching his boring shitty ass fights in the first place; For the exception of his fanboys.

Then why in the Hell did he sign him for? He’s wasting boxing fans’ time with his grandstanding.
