Great article.
Is Bakole the next best up and coming HW? Impossible to know for sure ATM. Ajagba is not a world beater himself, but has improved his form recently. As Raskin suggested in his article, this next fight will tell us a lot. Solid HW fight and a great compliment to that high profile card.LA_2_Vegas likes this.

Bakole will lose to anyone good, be it Usyk, DDD, Parker, Zhang. But hes still a great name for your resume. Jared Anderson win is good, but Jared stood in front of him too long.Last edited by hugh grant; 01-29-2025, 12:11 PM.

He's at least fun to watch and a good personality for the division. Reminds me of the Joe Joyce hype train before it ran into Big **** Zhang and got derailed. It's a pity Zhang is so old. He's good at showing the truth of guys.

Geez... These days the boxing world is bizarro... We keep fighters fighting once in a blue moon, then we cry "Well we cannot really overhype (insert name here)." Baloney. Bakole has passed every test in front of him... The only people he has not been exposed to are the very top of the division. He is jelled just as Parker is jelled. It is a weak division and Bakole's biggest problem is nobody will dare fight him... period. By any obvious understanding of the sport and people coming up, Bakole will be a juggernaut. Who will beat him? A hot prospect? Jared was much farther along than Torres, or Moses Ituama. He already went through the average names in the division...
Bakole has one big probem: Nobody wants to lose a fight... Period. Right now he would probably be a tough fight and even beat Usyk.
