                  PBC can't seem to keep their fighters from getting deals outside. Barrios' last fight was non-PBC also, if I'm not mistaken.

                  Where is Bryan Norman, btw? Why is he not fighting? Is he too scared to lose his title he can't even take stay-busy fights?
