This fight kinda makes up for the Ortiz ducking ngl, I thought Boots would go for Barrios but this one a neat matchup and its up for grabs, it should be a competitive scrap.

Finally he's fighting a champion, even if the division is super weak right now. Time to get some answers.

Based on what exactly? It sure as hell isn't their resumes. Also, both had an opportunity to fight boots and didn't. Stanionis tried to fight Ortiz three times and now Boots. He deserves to be ranked over Barrios and Norman Jr.

I don't see the hype for stanionis, he is very basic and custom made for boots. Also only had 1 fight in 3 years.

The funny thing is this will be battle between the email champions, both unifying email belts that Crawford dropped, and the winner will prance around as unified champ. lol

Barrios? I think Stanionis is considerably better

Errol Spence should be in this game mixing it up with guys like this, or at 154, but he's somewhere drinking Henrock with apple juice

With all do respect, I think Stanionis destroys Barrios.

I 've said if he goes on to unify, we can cut him some slack on the Ortiz ducking. So he's done that, we 'll cut him that slack. That said, I 've always maintained that the day Boots meets a good fighter who can match his physicality, he might get exposed. Boots relies more on his physicality than the touted skills we were all told about, seem more all sizzle and no steak lately so this fight will answer a lot of questions for both fighters. Inactivity aside, Stanionis is a good, rugged and very strong fighter. No surprise here if he ends up winning this fight.

This is where fans might make out. Now a good fight is not a big threat to upstage the main event. Eddy can underpay for good talent to comain

Stanionis, with his face-first style, is going to take a beating if Jaron uses his movement.
