People have opinions like they have a- holes and they all stink.

I don't just think Crawford is a great fighter, he IS a great fighter, I don't think Canelo is a great fighter he IS a great fighter. Weight classes matter but so do skills, physical condition, style, mental toughness and were they are in their career....it all matters and I wouldn't be shocked if it goes either way.

Crawford is attempting to do something nobody else has and that's what makes the fight great. Canelo knows Crawford is coming to win and that's why he wants a brinks truck of money.

Guys like Garcia that claim Crawford is cashing out are really just projecting, they don't take into account that Crawford like Andre Ward can't accept losing anything to anyone for any reason and Mikey doesn't mention it because Mikey doesn't have it, he never did.

Which great fighter has Crawford beaten? All the guys he beat were washed up, Brook, Porter, and Khan. Errol was probably weight drained by the time they met.

If he were looking for greatness, he'd have taken his shot at Fundora. He was TWO fights away from being the only fighter ever to be undisputed in 3 divisions, and that would have actually made a Canelo fight seem more credible. And if he wanted them, both fighters said they wanted him, and Turki said he'd make the fights happen. But he barely squeaked by Madrimov and then sat out looking for the money fight or nothing. He's gonna be in there looking to survive after he feels the power and realizes that Canelo can take his shots, and then he'll be talking about how he dared to be great, just like Charlo did. Canelo isn't on the top of the game in terms of skills and reputation any more either. The one thing he's still on top of the game for is money, and that's what Bud never got for most of his career.

Are you slow? Was in the very next sentence. Fundora has 2 of the remaining belts at 154, which is a stacked division. He's two fights away from being the only fighter to ever get 3 time undisputed (women's side doesn't count because of the massive lack of competition), which would cement his place in history. Canelo isn't undisputed any more, has been on the slide in both skills and reputation because he's been ducking. The very fact that (some) people think Crawford can win this should tell you how much he's slipped.

Regardless, weight classes exist for a reason, and Crawford will find out within the first two rounds. I'll be rooting for him, as I have for years, and it would be a great story if he could win. But the fact that he struggled against Madrimov and then refused to take the shot he petitioned for, and in fact refused ANY fights except the big money fight should tell you something. Or are you trying to pretend that Madrimov is on Canelo's level? He knows he's already at his limit at 154, or he'd have gone for 3 weight undisputed to make the Canelo fight both more realistic AND more lucrative.
