I take a balanced view on Fury, the last 3 or 4 years he's been scamming the fans with no real desire left in him for boxing, only money.

However that doesn't erase the achievements he has.

He definitely should retire in my opinion as staying in boxing I think he can do little more than further sully his reputation.

Nobody is implying anything, what Froch_uppercut is clearly stating is that Fury openly ducked Anthony Joshua to fight cans for peanuts, that's just a fact.

If you have some nuanced version or excuse that explains why Fury ducked Anthony Joshua great, we'd all love to hear it but make no mistake it happened, that's not even debatable.

I tend to agree with most of your posts so I won’t debate you on this. From what I know, Fury-AJ didn’t happen because of four reasons;
1). Wilder activated a contractual clause that forced a third fight with Fury
2). AJ was then forced to fight his mandatories. Usyk and someone else.
3). Fury was then ordered to fight his mandatory, Dylan White.
4). AJ got beat by Usyk and he also exercised his rematch clause.

I just find it hard to believe Fury ducked AJ because AJ would appear to be an easy fight for Fury.

What I will say is that if both really wanted the fight, they would have made it happen. They didn’t need belts to fight each other.

Or his dream fight in Nigeria , Bakole is up for it , somehow I think Joshua will see it more of a nightmare..he'll refuse both , they are 'live'.

I doubt Fury will retire but hope he does he's fading and there's lots of new blood and exciting fights.

So in one breath you're criticising Joshua if he doesnt rematch Dubois or fight Bakole, then in the other hoping Fury, who is basically the same age and looked better in his last fight, retires rather than facing the "new blood"

So what you are telling us that a guy that got beat like a piņata by a short fat Ruiz and then got flattened by Dubois and lost TWICE to Usyk

Fury also lost twice to Usyk and never even fought Dubois or Ruiz. Lets not forget he should have a loss on his record to John McDermott and arguably to an 0-0 MMA fighter as well.

Now AJ is calling for the fight while Fury is "retiring" again. I would actually have Fury as the favourite for the record, but I dont think he is as confident as a lot of other people seem to be about it, never has been.
