I also recall Benavidez sucking air by the end of his fight; Morrell looked like he could go another couple.

All of this, of course, is a variation of the Triangle Theory and means **** in the grand scheme of things, but I'll call it like I see it regardless.
Thanks for your observations. I saw neither fight, only some highlights. As you said, very little can be drawn from it all. Past performances don’t mean so much, but I appreciate the objectivity. It’s also important to mention that both Morrell and Benny will probably be more pumped for this fight than any other they’ve been in; each will the other’s best opponent to date. How does one truly account for that? Totall toss-up fight. I don’t care what anyone says.

First if you don't understand the reason behind a world class trainer, asking for more time after only one fight with a prospect/contender, what are we doing arguing? And more importantly, in three weeks and change we all are going to find out. And yes, after a verbal agreement was reached, Team benavidez choose andrade citing he was more known, and also older and undersized. We know what happened in the past, and what's going to happen in the future already has, we just don't know it yet. Be safe brother

Morrell has a near four inch reach advantage.

It's just my personal observations of both fights. Others may have seen it differently, and obviously some have.

I (personally) saw Morrell use caution more often than he usually does, and I saw Kalajdzic make him work. In Benny's fight, I saw him doing the same things he always does: relentless pressure, no variation, and still Gvozdyk looked absolutely bored and ready to cash his check. When the latter finally started to offer more than just pitter pattering, Benny immediately started breathing heavy.

Again, none of that ultimately matters. It was the first fight for both at that weight (more or less) and neither guy looked exceptionally brilliant. I'm hoping at least one of them does in February.

Three weeks. The anticipation is starting to build. I love it. I’ve essentially got it 50/50 myself, although I lean slightly towards Benavidez. Hope I’m wrong. Haha Anyway, for all intents and purposes, it’s a coin flip — the way great match-ups ought to be.

No, sir. Wish I was. Looks like a worthy undercard, too.
