Morrell sucked in his light heavyweight debut. There was an absence of timing, speed and power on his punches. Benavidez workrate and punch volume should carry the day.
I have him winning this fight on points. I cannot see either fighter getting knocked out in this one. Which is the reason why I believe the Mexican Monster would win.Last edited by champion4ever; 01-06-2025, 06:30 AM.

All of this, of course, is a variation of the Triangle Theory and means **** in the grand scheme of things, but I'll call it like I see it regardless.garfios

I also recall Benavidez sucking air by the end of his fight; Morrell looked like he could go another couple.

Morrell Jr wanted the fight, he changed trainers and after one fight with Shields, his trainer said he needed more time with his pupil, two fights later he said yes and the fight was offered to benavidez but he choose 35yo andrade, after agreeing to fight DMJ. All is good because they're fighting now.
*fixed it for you
