Who said that you have to prove someone knowing took PED's to suspend them? You don't. If the PED is there the PED is there, it's on the fighter to present their defence as to how it got there, then they will be punished accorindly.

You said that Haney proved Garcia took it knowingly, that is just patently false.

He'd be taken apart on the stand by any competent lawyer.
Doesn't really matter what he said outside of his hearing.

He presented his case at his hearing and he was given a 1 year ban.

Does no one want to refute my links with links of their own ?!?!?

I mean, roids are "bad" yet no one wants to defend that POV with unbiased, fact based links......

"Everyone is using and that evidence enough....."

By that warped logic, every fight is on even terms !

The links are fine, the amount of information left out makes them meaningless, I mean you cant even say Peds enhance performance which is easily proven, but answer with narrative about believe, because for you to admit that Peds enhance performance is a brick wall against your view, your arguing to win the argument when it cannot be proven one way or the other because there has just been way to many untested ped cheats, the logic is Peds enhance performance so the potential for extra damage in boxing is there, I feel that point would stand up in any courtroom. I dont care about winning arguments but I care about what's real. All good.

Me admitting to something is pointless since we know which side I'm on.
However limited you declare them, I have at least posted links to support my side.

I'm waiting for more links to show up....leaving opinions and feelings out of it.

Admitting the truth is not pointless, isnt that the premise behind a debate, well actually not in here as people will defend a lie to the death no matter how much undeniable proof there is, and when you bury them they run away they cant even say, yeah you have a good point there, I never care if Im proven wrong but its got to be proof not narrative.

There should be as many links as possible to prove ones case.
                  Without links, what is there

In the interest of having a respectful discussion with a poster I feel is reasonable I am gonna say this. Can Peds enhance a boxer's performance? If I'm being honest I have to say, "yes, they can", But do they? And if they do, to what degree?? I don't know that they certainly do, but if they do, I don't know to what degree.

The reason for my uncertainty is that I saw Vargas who was looking like a body builder and tested positive for steroids get Knocked the F out by Oscar who was clean. I saw Ginger who tested positive for Clen go to battle with GGG and not once did GGG hit the floor nor look to be hurt or wobbled. Ginger can crack and so could Vargas when he was active.

Why weren't these guys who tested positive, able to rag doll their opponents the way Ryan rag dolled Devin? Why was Devin able to win all the rounds that he avoided going toe to toe with Ryan? I'm all for the ban that Ryan received as well as reversing the decision, but why deny that Ryan's lighting fast and powerful left hook was what caused Devin to get battered that night or claim that had Ryan not tested positive for Ostarine, Devin would have been able to defend against Ryan's left hook?

I agree, we dont know to what extent performance is enhanced and in boxing it would also need a fighters ability to utilize it, so its a very gray area to interpret it with basically no test results, in the context of the whole thing Im trying to look at it the way the legal system will look at it, that part in this case is interesting to me in how much weight the potential of Ped use carries in a court of law.
