Navarette is a punching machine and has a lot of pop on his shots.
That KO punch to the body looked like a cuffing shot but we all saw that Valdez couldn't even get up from it.
Kudos to both fighters for bringing it.
Valdez went out on his shield like a warrior and has nothing to be ashamed of.Comment

I just think 130 is just his best division due to the combination of power, size advantage, and weight cut required without getting too weak. At 135 he loses his size advantage and his power isn't as devestating which he probably saw from his loss to Berinchyk. He'll probably stay at 135 until he physically cannot make it anymore and nothing wrong with it, its part of the rules allowed and he's making the weight afterall.
Navarette vs Espinoza would be a good one but it seems like Navarette is considering challenging 135 again if he can get an unification or two at 130.Comment

Navarrete seems to have a timing that works so well blended with his defense. When he gets rolling, he fights very well. Plus he has a long set of arms. Hard to beat, especially at 130.Comment

Nav confirmed what he had proven before but that dont mean it i was not interesting re-match.Who the fuchh thought this was gonna end any other way. He beat the breaks off of him in the first. 2nd Fight should have never happened. Boxing continues to disappoint. At least the co main was good while it lasted. If not for that and Paro/hitchins, wouldve been a horrible night for boxing.Comment
