Boots is still full of chit
    Wouldn't you agree ???
Yes I do! I don't see what's the point of staying @ 147! Teofimo Lopez fight is OK, but Vergil @ 154 would've been better!

That's not his fault! I just don't see unifying at 147 as a big deal, because all the good fighters are at 154 now! Boots made a big mistake! Vergil might be KO'd by Madrimov! Boots missed out on a great payday!

I didn't quite get what Espinoza is saying here, which is echoed by some. How is it not his fault? The guy is almost 30 and is backed by a team led by his own dad. Why do people treat these guys like they are twelve and can't decide on their own? You can't even force a household member to throw the garbage, let alone someone who is asked to fight someone. What a joke.

He clearly refused the Virgil fight, that is on him, but the Norman fight is Eddie's fault for not paying the extra 500K. Boots never refused that fight...

It's Ennis fault in the Norman talks as well. He failed to offer Bryan 50/50 split. There's no A-side in that fight considering Norman got a legit title, while Ennis' was emailed.

I see your point and although Boots isn't a mega star, he is more known and has a bigger fanbase than Norman. Boots does well in Philadelphia and headlines. What arenas does Norman fill? The title alone doesn't determine the pay split. Madrimov's pay for the Crawford fight only guaranteed him 750K as opposed to Bud's 2.5 million guarantee and Madrimov was the title holder...

Boots isn't offering the pay, the promoter is. Boots has a guarantee, that's all he can control..

Norman's request was outrageous, PBC is not helping him with Stanionis and Barrios! There's nothing else he can do! That's why I'm so mad at him for turning down Vergil Ortiz Jr.! If he wanted to be undisputed @ 147, signing with Eddie was not a good move!
