No he hasn't but even if you have that opinion James Toney was beaten easily by UNRANKED JOURNEYMAN in his prime. Not even D or E level fighters.

What part of that are you not understanding?

Ok so is that the road you want to go down? That a 41 year old Holyfield who was 2-2-2 in his last 6 fights was a good win?

Are you sure that is what you want to do?

So that means they are evenly matched by your account.

        I have Toney schooling him

No it doesn't because Andy Ruiz was a Top 10 ranked HW when he beat AJ who you're laughably trying to claim is a C level fighter.

Whereas James Toney lost to UNRANKED JOURNEYMAN in his prime who weren't even E level fighters, possibly even lower.

So that's not even is it.

And it's not "my account" either because I'm not the one making that dumb argument, that's you. And you continue to keep making it despite the fact I've explained why it's a non argument ad nauseum.

            Who gives a s**t.

Joshua is the weakest name on that list, and Toney imo would school him

We have people, albeit thankfully very seldom, in this thread saying Toney would "school" AJ when Toney didn't "school" a single top level fighter in his entire career.

Can't beat the likes of Sam Peter on two attempts or a finished Hasim Rahman and yet is somehow magically going to school and knock out AJ. Comical.

This is the same guy who was easily beaten by unranked journeyman in his prime multiple times. People aren't even aware these things even happened and when its brought to their attention then just ignore it or make every excuse under the sun for it.

I do strongly feel most of it must be based off his highlight reels as I don't know how else they come to such conclusions.
Didn't he fail a few drug tests at the higher weights also? He couldn't even beat these terrible, out of shape and past prime HWs despite being roided up yet he is going to stand in front of the likes of David Tua and Foreman and get the better of them? Hmm lol

He did & he received a fair few gift decisions to some pretty terrible fighters also
I think its sometimes weird how we view or remember fighters or perhaps choose to? Like AJ for example will always be that guy who got stopped by Ruiz but people remember Toney for being so great but he could easily have maybe 4-5 or so losses in his prime mostly to journeymen.

He has a good defense and chin. Tua is slow and the reach is similar. Stylistically it is not a bad matchup for Toney

Defense not all that good at HW to be honest.

Tua isn’t slow at all either.

Tua is the most winnable on the list but he still never showed he could beat anyone on Tua’s level at Heavyweight so I see no reason to think he could beat him.

He beat John Ruiz and drawed with Rahman. They are maybe a little below Tua but not that far below.
