Yeah. It's just speculation, but the idea behind it is that Frank Warren would rather have Zhang, another of his HWs, fight Bakole for the mandatory spot while DD fights Kabayel in a voluntary. All 3 would be tough opponents for DD, but they see Kabayel as being less dangerous than the other 2.
