Moreover, he injured both his ankle and knee in this fight and likewise, he even admitted that he got tired and winded in those championship rounds.

In this case, I must side on the err of caution for both his well-being and health sake by saying that it is time for him to retire. He doesn't have to be a gate-keeper for these young, up and coming fighters.
He's damaged but I wouldn't say ruined just yet, let's see how he looks against a pressure fighter, styles make fights.

Even in regis “prime” he wasnt very good at least in my opinion. Decent fighter but he believed his own hype. His best win is Jose zepeda and ivan redkach

Prograis was so bad tonight, its hard to say if Catteral has the goods to become champion. Plus he can't seem to generate passion or excitement. There were 3 knockdowns and still, the fight was oddly boring. The commentators were trying their best to exult and feed the buzz, but were not convincing.

His best win was Kiryl Relikh and his second best win was Terry Flanagan. I'd even put Indongo over Redkach; Redkach didn't want to fight at all that night anyway and Indongo had only been cracked once by that point.

Regis always lacked skills. He was a tough and strong boxer, but has horrible footwork and lack of head movement.

Always liked Regis going back to his first time on ShoBox. At his best, he was aggressive and could take heavy shots to land his own spiteful punches. He's always been classy and gracious.

The past few fights, he's shown he's a bit shopworn. Against Cartterall, his legs stiffened whenever a shot landed clean and his trigger to throw his shots was delayed.

He could still beat some of the room guys but it's only a downward slide from here.

Despite Prograis looking incredibly shopworn with diminished punch resistance, he still managed to win rounds and land on Cartterall.

I had Prograis up 6-2 after the eight round. Then it all fell apart after that first heavy knockdown.

Catterall is absolutely overrated. His credit comes from that first Taylor fight, but I'm sure he won't last too much at this level.
