Beterbiev won the fight by being the aggressor throughout. Bivol won 3 rounds and drew 1, 2 at best. Bivol only survived the 12 by pushing Beterbiev down at every opportunity. Beterbiev is an incredible fighter and his relentless pressure won the fight. I thought 116-112 was about right.

I hope Beterbiev moves up to Cruiser. It would be interesting to see if his power would carry the same weight. Bivol did what no other man has been able to do in taking Beterbiev the distance, he is a very good fighter in his own right and if he stays at the weight, he come again.

I'd love to see Beterbiev destroy Clenelo but Clenelo would be too chicken to take that fight. I think Beterbiev beats Billam-Smith and Zurdo. Opetia would be some fight.

But they are both ******s and Turki calls everybody Brother including Crawford. Maybe we 'll now say becos one has a ****** beard and the other.doesn't .

Bivol won that fight. But he was jobbed. This will be a lesson to him not to EVER take your foot off the gas.

In a close fight, I always look for who was the boss, who dictated the pace and made the fight. That would be Beterbiev. The right man won.

Artur clearly won the fight. Bivol didn't had a chance. Rematch will be even more clear. Put your $$$ on Artur again!

It isn't Olympic boxing. It isn't scored only on who lands more light punches. Plenty of fights where guys back up all fight and try to win landing more. Most of the shots had very little if any effect on Biev. When Biev landed Bivol reacted much of the time, and he ran alot.

In the Olympics light punches count alot more. It is very difficult to win the type of fight Bivol was trying to fight. Biev was the aggressor. pushed the action and landed more power punches in the later rounds.

I called this fight exactly. I didn't believe the judges would allow Bivol to win fighting like this. Bivol didn't win, he survived. Another round or two and he would have been KO'd.

The judges got this one right. It isn't Olympic boxing. Bivol fans or fans who don't understand scoring is not only on number of punches landed but also aggression, pushing the action, harder punches. Etc.

This is why GGG won the first two Canelo fights but got robbed. Canelo basically survived and landed more arm punches. GGG was landing bigger shots, pushing the action and he was more aggressive.

                    • Congratulations to both men. One hell of a fight. I thought it was close too. I leaned toward Bet but I wouldn't of argued if Bivol won. Great fight!
I saw what I expected. I thought Bet would finish him before 10 but Bivol is all WARRIOR. Damn good fight. I thought Bet’s legs looked sluggish. I was surprised Bivol took those shots.
Bivol refused to wilt like all the others. Rematch i lean toward Bivol cause I saw an older Beterbiev in this one.
I thought Bet didnt do enough body work. He could of slowed Bivol down far sooner.
