I hope they don’t go the classic hype job route and avoid the rematch where they looked exposed.

That lack of power from Ben is a real problem.

Too much Josh Kelly about him. Need that equaliser with that style. Otherwise you gotta pot shot and move.

Guy was way too good for Ben to be in with. Hype doesn’t work when he’s in with real guys. SMH get it together and keep him against low level guys

In my opinion Ben bailed out , he was running out of ideas and starting to look quite scrappy. Maybe Ben isn’t as good what we thought. Time will tell but the warning signs were there .

Whittaker ain't getting to world level. People comparing him naz but yeah naz did the showboating but he could also knock you out at anytime with either hand. Whittaker don't have that explosiveness and power imo. Cameron was landing alot of clean punches and Whittaker just seemed to be spent at 4 rounds.

For those that didn't see it,
                1. Whittaker normally doesn't showboat much until he has the fight under control. He did zero
                2. He looked lethargic, easy to hit, and either he was out of sorts, hype job, or Cameron had his number for some reason
                3. Both guys were extremely dirty in and out of the clinch. It was a messy affair.
                4. Cameron seemed to have control and then he took the roughhousing too far and pushed him over the ropes. Maybe a ****** move - maybe not.

                sad results!

Seems like Josh Kelly in that he looks good in flashes but doesn’t appear to carry a lot of power now he’s fighting someone more durable.
Seems like Chris Eubank Junior in that his balance is a little off sometimes. I think that’s where some of the leaning back comes from, it’s compensation for slow, slightly uncoordinated feet. Also seems like Chris Eubank as he has slightly delusional arrogant belief in his own ability, but he ain’t that good.
Seems like Anthony Dirrell in that if the going gets tough he’ll find a way to bale. At the point the fight was stopped I thought he wasn’t that far off from getting stopped. He literally hurled himself backwards over that rope and pulled Cameron with him.

The bubble has burst on whittaker. Agee with earlier comments. Doubt he’ll get much further than national level.

I had Cameron up by a single round. He won that farce of a fight no matter how you slice it.

Whitaker gets shellacked by anyone hovering around the top ten, hell, maybe top twenty.

Whittaker should be so thankful it ends like that. He needs to sack his entire training team, admit the last 2 years have been a total waste of everyone's time & start again
