Beating Joshua is a better win than anything Wilder had, so Ruiz. I also thought Ruiz beat Parker in their initial WBO title fight but got robbed.

But I actually had Ruiz losing the Ortiz fight 8 rounds to 4, which after the knockdowns is still 113-112 (and I thought one of the three knockdowns was bogus anyway).

Ruiz's career after the Joshua win is pretty much trash. Got dropped by old man Arreola, got a gift against a version of Ortiz whose legs were so far gone he couldn't even stand up.

Well beating Joshua and Parker is better than beating ortiz and stiverene

I literally said in the post you quoted that Ruiz wins it because of the Joshua win.

                    On best wins it's Ruiz.

But this is the prime example of why I say a championship run shouldn't be underestimated.

Wilder was there to be shot at. Every guy who challenged him would have been in the fight of their life. The competition might have been weak, but Wilder beat them until Fury conned him into thinking he was the one who could give him credibility against a spent opponent.

Whereas Ruiz had one taste of that and couldn't get himself in the gym.
