Damn. Now that was a turn around... props to Rafferty for hanging on in. Hopefully Turner grows from the experience, he's a quality boxer

I'd like to dedicate this song to Henry Turner after dominating 90% of the fight only to let it slip away at the last sec...

Man turner must of been really gassed because round nine was only time Rafferty mounted any type body attack.

If Angelo Leo could surprise everyone by beating consistent good opposition after moving up, perhaps Ronny Rios can do so swell? Though I somehow doubt it considering he was stopped 3 times out of 4 times already while Nick Ball's literally lives up to his nickname as the "Wrecking Ball".

Leo won a belt, took a single loss by decision, then moved up and won four fights in a row before challenging for his second title. Not a good comparison at all.

Rios has lost four times and his best win was probably Rico Ramos way back in 2013 (Ramos had just taken his first ever loss when he dropped his WBA world title to Rigo, then won a fight, then lost to Rios).

If Rios does win a better comparison would be someone like Ray Beltran or Robson Conceicao who both had multiple failed title challenges before finally breaking through.

If being honest, I was not really familiar with the super bantamweight division until recently so I didn't know if he it was a good comparison to compare the two top rated fighters from said division.

Was suprised that PBC actually had most of them however, as they don't really invest in fighters in the lighter divisions. Too bad they were mostly inactive for a year or two as that is pretty the standard for fighters that sign in that promotion.

Ball is getting the better of it so far but his face is marking up already.
