On a separate note, I think that Janibek will be too much for Hamzah Sheeraz at this stage. Although Sheeraz is a KO artist, Janibek seems to have an IRON chin (like Golovkin) so would probably break him down eventually like most of his opponents. Still, I'd like Sheeraz to face his WBC mandatory next (Adames) and Janibek to fight Lara before having the eventual winner's face off in an undisputed clash in Saudi (hopefully Janibek-Sheeraz which is the BEST fight in the division).

Janibek was actually toying with his title challenger which is cruel, and unsportsmanlike conduct.
He could've taken out Andrei, in the 2nd, or 3rd round, but chose to admire his work, and cause his opponent more damage than necessary.
Andrei fought his heart out, but the punches that he was getting hit with were definitely damaging his brain cells.
He actually looked like those heroin addicts who almost collapse to the ground, only to straighten up just before they fall out.
I'm not saying that to be cruel, because Andrei displayed an incredible amount of courage, enough fighting courage to have earned a few medal's of honor.
I really think that he'll never be the same again after that terrible beating that he endured against Janibek.

Kinda so what. We all saw how he couldn't get Bentley out of there. Needs to step up and fight one of the other top guys in the division. Last two fights have told us nothing

He also landed plenty of clean, hard shots on the Kazakh in most of the rounds. Still, Janibek did what he was supposed to do and clearly won every round before eventually putting him out of his misery. Entertaining fight!
That is the way I saw it, by the way. One sided? Yep. But it was not a dull fight. Gave everything he had.

The same can be said for pretty much the entire division. The last unification bout was GGG/Murata in 2022. You have Lara, Adames (who was being sabotaged by WBC), Janibek, and now Sheeraz. Who knows if these guys will ever fight each other.

Don't even tell me about that. I had a bet in that fùcking round, well over two hundreds had I won. They went up in smoke for a matter of seconds.

That's actually what he did, but the referee decided otherwise...

Kiwi held, hit back of head, used his head and still couldn't put him away.
The Ref. was a joke, thought he should've stopped the fight in the second round more so than the 9th.

It was a strange deal Janibek accepted for the fight and turned up without his trainer (Ronnie Shields?)
His brother took the corner with Egis Klimas. The Promoters screwed up the national Anthem of Kazakhstan, the whole show was an Amateur night. With proper preparation Janibek ices Eubank but Hamza is a different fight altogether. It would be good to see Turki put that one on.

Can't see Lara getting in with Janibek.

If the Kiwi won he was going to defend against Michael Zerafa who got iced by Lara. lol.
I also though the fight should have been stopped at the end of second round. I could not believe they allowed it to continue. The ref was just watching it like he was one of us watching it on the screen.

As for the other comments, I can only assume it was a budget show and nobody got paid much, which is why no trainer was present.
