The burden of proof is quite different in a Civil lawsuit. I think Haney might actually win this one. At least partially. He may not collect all of what he is asking but could conceivably get something (money). Ryan better lawyer up good.......

I like this. I'm not a big fan, nor a hater of either. But obviously, cheaters in boxing are only slapped on the wrist by the powers that be. They may soon be paying a bigger price in courtrooms. Some of you may say Haney is a whiner or a "*****", but this isn't golf or tennis. A juiced up cheater could seriously hurt or kill his opponent.

I agree but the hits should come from the commissions, not a fighter going to court claiming "battery" from a sanctioned fight. Unfortunately, they are all corrupt and part of the problem.
