I won't elaborate, I should have said they're not winning this case, I can tell you this the battery charges will be thrown out as soon as the defending attorney gets the case.

He realized he cannot make the money with Sandor Martin, he probably also realized he cannot get what he wants with Liam Paro, so this is the next best thing - go to where the money is and ask for some more.

Lawyers on both sides will have a field day on this, they're expected to rake in tons of money. Waste of time and money for both. I don't think Garcia's lawyers would settle without a fight. Understandably so because some things need to be proven by scientific method and forensic analysis. How can you even prove a minuscule amount of substance make anyone become Popeye the sailor man eating spinach?

Garcia would have done the same thing without Ostarine.

Haney's chin is vulnerable, and Garcia's left hook is dangerous.

It is legally fraud to claim something that is not the case to make money. But yes hard to see a judge willing to set a legal precedent for a sport

I do think there needs to be more punishment for people in boxing who cheat tho - some proper financial punishment. Not just tiny amounts. I get how Garcia fans won't like it now, but think about it in other cases where someone you don't support cheats. Will be good for the sport and the fans.

Well , what the Haneys are alleging is what really happened. I think that their position is pretty strong , except for the part about considering Garcias returned purse as profit to Golden Boy. I hope that they have success with the case. Maybe cheaters will think twice if the cheating hurts their pockets.

I know the advantages well. I have a black belt in Karate and have been in many karate competitions where I have seen people using PEDs. PEDs cannot compensate against a well trained boxer or martial artist. PEDs help with recovery of a person when they are in competition or training. I have seen people with a 60-100 weight weight advantage get knocked out by smaller martial artists who have better techniques in the ring, PERIOD. Garcia had several sparring sessions with Haney before they fought and knew his style well. That previous experience helped him more than using PEDs. Look up the Mosley vs Antonio ****rito fight where ****rito had wraps and was suspected to be using PEDs. Mosley knocked him out anyway. PEDs are nothing new in boxing. They were being used for years, now testing methods have gotten better where they can detect minute quan****** of PED in an athlete's bloodstream.

Margarito was caught with the altered wraps in the dressing room while getting his hands wrapped by Capetillo . He didn't fight with the casts in his gloves against Mosley. Against Cotto and Cintron he did. He probably used them against others as well.
