The Haneys may be perceived as soft with this legal move but given Garcias actions and the fact you can get sued in the US for pretty much anything they might have a case here going forward so Cryan better hire top notch counseling. He'll def will need it to get off this hot mess.

Lawyers on both sides will have a field day on this, they're expected to rake in tons of money. Waste of time and money for both. I don't think Garcia's lawyers would settle without a fight. Understandably so because some things need to be proven by scientific method and forensic analysis. How can you even prove a minuscule amount of substance make anyone become Popeye the sailor man eating spinach?

I’m so glad Haney is doing this - it’s about time doped-up boxers pay a price that’s heavier than weak suspensions. Garcia is still strutting around as though he actually accomplished something by cheating to beat Haney and all of his groupies are allowing to get away with it.
