Everything that the Haney's stated are the fact's of what occurred in the lead up to the fight, during the fight, and afterward.
Devin Haney isn't suing Ryan Garcia because he loss a legitimate boxing match to him.
He's suing Ryan 'Steroids' Garcia, because Ryan took illegal substances that gave him an illegal/criminal advantage over him.
I'm not a Haney fan, because I don't like his fighting style, but he's fought, and beaten everyone put in front of him up until 'Steroids' Garcia.
If Ryan would've beaten Devin fair, and square then he would've gotten all of the accolades deserving of a win over a quality opponent such as Devin.
Ryan didn't believe that he could defeat Devin without some extra help (cheating), so he came in over weight, and fired up on Steroids.
If you were in Devin's shoes you would more than likely do what he's doing now, and that's holding Ryan accountable for his illegal/criminal action's.
There's no doubt that Ryan gave Devin a severe beating when they fought each other.
There's also no doubt that he did it on drugs that made him stronger, faster, and angrier than he's ever been before.
He couldn't have beaten Devin in the manner he did without the steroids, so he got himself loaded up on steroids,
That's why he should be taken to court, because Ryan isn't a professional, he's a criminal who has already been arrested for other crimes after their fight.
One moment he's laughing, another he's crying, then he's relaxed, then he's raging, he needs a psychological evaluation asap.

This might be the end of Huggy Jab Haney, what promoter the hell would want to work with him after this? A boring arsed weight bully who provides absolutely no entertainment value who is now proving to be a spoilsport. Interesting point counterpoint with you and borica. Frankly I'm still thinking this out. There are some interesting issues here. Certainly Haney consented to the match knowing Garcia was out of compliance. Does this extend to the drug test? I mean can team cryin Make the case that Haney knew cryin had not fulfilled the contract as stated?

I guess one of the issues is what's a nonverbal contract made that included any non-compliance? Interesting to see frankly.

While I don’t condone doping at all in this sport, fugggg Devin Haney because he was ok with fighting a guy who the rest of the world believed was having a mental breakdown, but it didnt go his way so honestly fug him, cherry pick gone wrong.

I’m gonna have to say I hope the judge tosses this out on the grounds of “you didn’t have any chin to begin with and that right hand wasn’t gonna move itself to the right defensive positions”
