I watched The Pain Game commentary during the event, and talk about obnoxious fanbase, those guys on the panel are entertaining but they are in love with AJ to the point that I was embarrassed for them.
Needless to say, they had a crappy afternoon, which was funny to me.

      THIS
Great question and it's something I was wondering about every after Round 1.

It’s all about the money. Joshua’s chin left him around the Ruiz time. There are people pushing their cash cow. He could get seriously hurt. Should say he has enough money and live the good life.

That's not "fine margins". That's low gloves, lazy, pawing jabs, and being unable to make corrections, and making the same basic mistakes over and over. How much more brain damage does he want to get?

It seems there are a lot of people who are AJ fans and are refusing to accept what happened yesterday. I did not have a horse in the race and watched the fight for the pure pleasure and excitement of watching a fight. I did not really know who would win. However, there were no fine margins in that fight.

Joshua was brutalized, outgunned, outfought and embarrassed by the young Daniel. I was shocked at how one sided beating it was. I expected a much tougher, closer, give and take fight, much like Daniels previous fight with Hrgovic with momentum changing and then ultimately someone prevails and wins by a KO.

I am not sure how Joshua can improve his chin for a rematch because he literally could not take any of Daniels punches. Everything was hurting him, even the jabs. He may be Ok to fight Wilder now, but he should not go back in the ring with Daniel because Daniel has Joshua's number.

I didn't have a dog in this fight either but picked AJ to KO DDD
AJ was battered from the opening rd and he still managed to attack just moments before he got ended.
That tells me some corrections (maybe keeping his hands up ? Crazy, I know) and who knows.
People wrote AJ off after Andy clubbed him
Perhaps a cautious AJ is just the guy AJ needs to be

As for DDD, I'd rather see him vs Usyk

At the start of round 5 he came out a different fighter, pumped and ready to go. I have now read an article where it says he told Ben Davison between the rounds that he will roll the dice and gamble everything at that point. So the correction was to his mental state, not keeping his hands up. In round 1 he was scared *****ttless and tentative.

There shouldn't haver been an ''at that point.''
Don't care what motivated him in that rd.

He can't possible be do any worse so, um....keep your hands up.
