He wasn't just KO'd, he was again brutalised.He's avoided the 'live' guys who have been around but has beaten an even fatter Ruiz and Charles Martin for 'world titles' He should count himself lucky that Hearn matched him as he did after his annihalition by Ruiz with only soft opponents BUT it was obvious last night that a young live opponent who can dig and didn't fall for their hype and smoke screens was going to do that to him . Talk of a rematch , with his pathetic rematch cause (as challenger!) is nonsense and yet another crap money spin by Hearn .Anyone who can't see that exactly the same thing would happen , maybe even sooner deserves to lose even more money , I won't , I saw what I saw and that won't change !

I didn't have a dog in this fight but picked AJ to end DDD.
No reason other than I had to pick one.

Going from the clip, It seemed AJ was clear headed at the end, until he got reckless (ala Andy 1)
It was a beaut of a counter uppercut
If AJ had nothing left in him, I doubt he would have kept getting up.

He was scared from the get go. That is why he was not better and could not perform. Probably the left over trauma from their sparring sessions. He only woke up in round five.

Margins? This wasnt even close. AJ fought like a Amatuer and Dubois wasnt any better, guy was a walking punch bag. Dubois got there first and hurt AJ but either way the state of heavyweight boxing is tragic.
That fight was awful, only thing good was seeing AJ get rocked multiple times. He is like the Amir Khan of the Heavyweight division.

Joshua is 100% right here to keep on fighting. I've always said what happened in the Ruiz figth will happen at least twice more in AJ's career. His chin and recovery are shocking. In fact it actually shows how good a boxer he is that he doesn't struggle more

Although Dubois had a great win - you do have to worry how long it took him to stop AJ. Aj was on wobbly legs for literally 50% of the fight. We know Dubois has the power. Makes you worry for Dubois against good boxers with better chins. Why did he take so long to stop AJ? and then get hurt himself eventually? I have to say Dubois did have a much better chin than I thought he had. So that's a good sign. He def has that mental strength now too.

Nah Dubois was just a bogey man for him. He was timing AJ. I thought AJ would win and I had AJ to win 80/20 - even if that was correct (which in hindsight it wasn't!). AJ would still lose 20% of the time. AJ can basically lose any fight on the night.

People said (probably you!) that he should retire after Ruiz loss too.

The danger for AJ now - is it's clear that the way to win is to attack him hard. Can he deal with that every fight? He will get stopped again at some point no matter how well he fights, that's for sure.

Revisionism. Aj went straight back in against Ruiz. Took on Usyk without thinking about it (unlike Fury who was chased into MMA) and tried to fight Fury and Wilder many times.

Aj will probably go straight back in against Dubois too.
